First, I am wifey to a funny, handsome guy with a steady heart and a north to match my south. He puts the ready on my game.

I am proud to be mom to 2 wild boyz. They excel at Taekwondo (among other things) like breaking stuff, and growing out of shoes a week after we buy ‘em. Practical applications for physics and engineering are big around our place. Oh, yeah, and first aid.

I’m into hiking and geocaching, and animal rescue.  In winter I’m a knitting fool and a snowboarding Betty.  Summer comes round and I’m a naked gardener (no gloves or shoes!)  and I snorkel as often as I can get to the sea.  I love music and hold my friends dear.  I have a wicked, dark sense of humor. Despise TV.  I love home brew; most often have 2 or 3 books reading.

Here’s THE single most important thing about me.  I laugh often, and delight in enticing others to do the same…in elevators or other unexpected places. St. Teresa of Avila may have summed up my attitude best when she said “To wish to act like angels while on this earth, ’tis folly!”  Oh enough already, let’s get to the blog!
